⦁ Hotspot Services are subject to contention and are not guaranteed and are supplied on a best effort basis.

⦁ Hotspot equipment remains the property of the Rapid Networks PTY LTD. The client will be responsible for safety and maintenance of Rapid Networks PTY LTD property.

⦁ Rapid Networks will not be responsible for replacing equipment, if damages due to the general mistreatment and abuse. The client will be liable to pay for replacement equipment.

⦁ Moving of equipment to a new premises can be done at a cost of R600. Arrangements can be made by emailing hotspotsales@rapidnetworks.co.za and require a minimum of 2 weeks notice.

⦁ Hotspot services are prepaid and services are billed in advance.

⦁ Cancellations may be done in writing by way of an email sent to accounts@rapidnetworks.co.za.
